What is the check-in and check-out time?

Check-in is from 2:00 PM onwards, and check-out is by 11:00 AM to allow us to prepare for incoming guests.

Is there parking available?

Yes, parking is available on-site.

While we strive to accommodate all guests, some areas of our historic building may have limited accessibility. Please contact us in advance for specific requirements.

Do you cater for specific accessibility needs?

We understand that some visitors have special requirements in terms of access to a property or the facilities needed within it. When searching for properties on our website, you can use the filter section to select only properties that have accessibility provisions. If you need further advice or help, please contact us and we will be pleased to help.

How can I book a property?

You will find that the easiest way to book is online. Simply find your perfect property, tell us who you would like to stay and when, and click book now. This will take you through the different stages, including taking your payment.

Are pets allowed?

Yes pets are allowed.

Are electricity and heating included in the cost?

Yes, electricity and heating costs are included in the booking price.

What can I expect as self catering?

This self-catering property includes crockery, cutlery, and cooking utensils. You’ll need to bring your own food and essentials. Some owners may provide a welcome pack. Travel cots may be available, but no bedding, pillows, or mattress are included.

How enclosed is the garden?

The garden is surrounded by walls, fences, or hedges. However, this doesn’t guarantee it’s fully secure for pets or children.

Is broadband available?

Yes, broadband is available, but speed and signal strength may vary, especially in rural areas or older buildings.

Who do we contact before we arrive?

You’ll receive arrival details, including access instructions, in your confirmation email and online account before your stay.

Can I smoke or vape at the property?

No, smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property.

Do we need to clean the property before we leave?

We ask that the property be left in the same state of cleanliness and general order as it was found.

What should I do if I have left an item in a property?

If you’ve left something behind, contact the number in your booking confirmation as soon as possible. We’ll help arrange its return, though a minimum fee may apply. Items not claimed within 14 days will be disposed of.

What if I’m not happy with something during my stay?

If you have any issues, please contact the owner or caretaker using the number in your booking confirmation as soon as possible. If the issue isn’t resolved, contact us right away — don’t wait until your stay ends, as we may not be able to help after that.

What happens if something gets damaged during our stay?

A little wear and tear (like a broken plate) is expected. But if anything is damaged, please call the number in your booking confirmation as soon as possible so it can be fixed for the next guests. You may be charged for serious damage, such as to carpets, sofas, or windows.
